What is this thing I just heard of? I mean I have heard of a rutabaga but I’ve never actually seen one, much less tasted one. What DO they taste like? It’s a root vegetable I am assuming. Turning it into fries intrigues me. Off to google I go. If you have tips or recipes or anything to share, pass it along. Pretty please.
Review: I think you will be extremely surprised at how pizza-ish the whole thing is and I swear if you gave this to someone without telling them the crust is made of cauliflower they would never guess.
This will DEFINITELY cure a pizza craving. For us it was more of an appetizer size when we cut it in two pieces. I put mushrooms and turkey sausage and turk pepperonis on it with a sauce that had spinach in it.
to round out the meal and get my stomach to last til morning I had one hard boiled egg, 1/2 ounce of roasted pecans, 2 meatballs and a few ounces of greek yogurt mixed with cinnamon for dessert.
Satisfied! Now it’s Movie Night! Have a great night!

who knew roasting something that seemed so disgusting to me (just from the very few times I’d ever tasted them before in my life) could totally transform them into the best vegetable EVER?!
