What's For Dinner?
roasted spaghetti squash mixed with sauteed mushrooms and peppers in a cream based wine sauce. Mmmmmmm…. I will time my husband to see how long it takes him to say “Where’s the beef?”

Flow
One of my New Year’s “resolutions” if you can really call it that was to experience more “flow” this year.  Flow is the feeling you have when you become so engrossed in something fun or meaningful to you that you lose your sense of time, not wanting to stop and eat/drink, etc.  Now get your mind out of the gutter.  I’m talking about hobbies and activities. ...

Nike Training Club
Loving this app on my phone! So much variety! For someone who gets bored SUPER fast with workouts this is pretty cool. You can even set your workouts to whatever music you already have loaded in your phone. Or no music. I did a shoulder ripper workout last night. Ok, well, I really did about HALF the workout. My upper body strength is that of a flea.  If you’re looking for FREE various...

Two Movies
1. The Way - all thumbs up. It was exactly what I needed to watch last night. AWESOMEly filmed, directed, acted. I loved the personal connections the Sheens/Estevezes have to the story of The Way (Camino de Santiago) in northern Spain. For someone fascinated by the AT and the PCT and the CDT seeing the European comparable was a treat. Inspiring movie. Enjoyed every second of it. 2. The Resident -...

Your Way
prayerswork: “You don’t choose a life, you live one.” - The Way, a movie directed by Emilio Estevez starring Martin Sheen.  It is a movie filled with heart, beauty, freedom and inspiration.  Consider renting it this weekend.   It may just help you find your way.  Prayers Work. One of the best movies made in a very long time. Loved every second of it.

not sure what’s going on in my universe but i think it needs to be saged or blessed or exorcised or something.  wouldn’t you think 4 advils, 2 muscle relaxants and a heating pad would at least put a slight dent in the spasm in my neck? ha. not even close. but you know what? it’s been forever and a day since i had a french fry. oh yes i did. and it was delicious and i enjoyed...
