Flow
One of my New Year’s “resolutions” if you can really call it that was to experience more “flow” this year. Flow is the feeling you have when you become so engrossed in something fun or meaningful to you that you lose your sense of time, not wanting to stop and eat/drink, etc. Now get your mind out of the gutter. I’m talking about hobbies and activities.

Loving this app on my phone! So much variety! For someone who gets bored SUPER fast with workouts this is pretty cool. You can even set your workouts to whatever music you already have loaded in your phone. Or no music. I did a shoulder ripper workout last night. Ok, well, I really did about HALF the workout. My upper body strength is that of a flea.

Two Movies
1. The Way - all thumbs up. It was exactly what I needed to watch last night. AWESOMEly filmed, directed, acted. I loved the personal connections the Sheens/Estevezes have to the story of The Way (Camino de Santiago) in northern Spain. For someone fascinated by the AT and the PCT and the CDT seeing the European comparable was a treat. Inspiring movie. Enjoyed every second of it.
