OUT of this World African-ish Chicken Stir Fry...
I took leftover shredded chicken pieces and stir fried this with purple cabbage, onions, shredded carrots, baby bok choy, mushrooms, red peppers, yellow peppers, garlic. what a busy busy day here at work. haven’t had more than 2 minutes to catch up with anything or anyone online. Cramming for my deadline next Wednesday. I probably won’t make it but that’s ok. That’s my self-imposed deadline. The real deal deadline is April 20. Making good progress. :D
